Objectives: Understanding the microscopic details of the radiation-matter interaction in solar cells, in particular for GaAs, GaInP, Ge, for proton, H and He impact, via TDDFT-ED.

 

Task 2.1: Analysis of channeling and non channeling conditions (and of the participating electrons).

Task 2.2: Analysis of different ionization degrees of the impact particle and charge transfer effects.

Task 2.3: Communication activities.
